Service Fee Statement:
Our service packages are designed to provide you with a hands-off experience in managing your property. The fee ensures that you don’t need to find, schedule, or coordinate with any outside companies. We handle all the necessary arrangements and communication on your behalf to ensure your property is well-maintained.
Please note that the fee covers the management and coordination of services, as well as, minor replacements such as light bulbs and batteries. For any specific tasks or jobs completed, you will receive a separate invoice based on the work performed.

This allows us to provide tailored service while maintaining transparency in costs.

*Guest Communication and Scheduling:

Our guest communications and scheduling service handles all interactions with your Vacation guests. We manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, provide check-in and check-out instructions, and address any concerns during their stay. This ensures a smooth and professional experience for your guests while freeing you from the day-to-day management of guest relations.


1. Cleaning Services

Vacation Cleaning:

Full cleaning of Vacation properties between guest stays, including laundry
bed-making, surface cleaning, and guest-ready setups.
Deep Cleaning:

Comprehensive cleaning that covers all areas, including those not
typically cleaned during regular visits (e.g., baseboards, windows, vents).

2. Property Maintenance Services
General Property Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the property, ensuring
everything functions properly and appears well-kept.

  • Yard Maintenance:

Lawn mowing, trimming, and maintenance of any outdoor
areas around the property.

  • Landscaping:

Lawn care, garden maintenance, planting, and designing outdoor
spaces.

  • Pool Maintenance:

Regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and maintenance of
pools to ensure they are in safe, operational condition.

  • Handyman Services:

Minor repairs, installations, and other light maintenance
tasks like fixing leaky faucets or repairing damaged furniture.

  • Fencing Maintenance:

Repairs and maintenance of fences, gates, and barriers to
ensure safety and functionality.


3. Specialized Services

  • Emergency Services:

  • On-property emergencies requiring immediate attention,
    such as plumbing issues, electrical problems, and HVAC system failures.

  • Plumbing Services:

Repairing leaky pipes, blocked drains, installation of new
plumbing fixtures, and general plumbing maintenance.

  • Electrical Services:

Light fixture installation, wiring repairs, troubleshooting
electrical issues, and ensuring electrical systems are safe and functional.

  • HVAC Services:

Maintenance and repairs for heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning systems, including cleaning filters, inspecting units, and ensuring
energy efficiency.

  • IT Services:

Troubleshooting basic IT issues, network setup, device configurations,
and maintaining internet connectivity for the property.


4. Stocking Supplies

  • Cleaning Supplies:

Regular supply of cleaning products (e.g., disinfectants, floor
cleaners, etc.) to ensure cleaning is always done with the right products.

  • Property Essentials:

Stocking up on everyday items needed for property upkeep,
such as light bulbs, batteries, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies.

  • Guest Supplies:

Stocking towels, bedding, toiletries, and other essentials needed
to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

Regular Scheduling:

Services can be set up on a recurring schedule for
